3.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

All Users are required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before making their first withdrawal. 4.2 Withdrawals

4.3 Fees

wd238 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any such fees charged by your financial institution.

4.4 Reversal of Transactions

All deposits are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
